The failed water treatment system in Jackson, Mississippi, disproportionately affects that state’s Black residents.
The crisis there is a reminder of the dozens of failed drinking water systems for tribes across the country. We’ll examine the lingering problem of failing to provide the most basic utility for all America’s residents.
