Letter: Police treatment of tribe 'shameful'

"In response to the atrocious behavior of the Rhode Island state police, my blood pressure has been on the roof for a week over this one. The police have a shameful record of their treatment of minorities ordinarily. How nice that the media was able to tape them in action."
