South Dakota Gov. Mike Rounds (R) says he won't accept an "expansion" of gaming at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribe's casino.
The tribe and the state have been in talks for a new compact. The tribe wants to add 500 more slot machines at the Dakota Sioux Casino but Rounds says that is too much to ask for.
The tribe and the state will continue talks.
