Harrah's Entertainment has spent $5.2 million to promote the Narragansett Tribe's proposed casino in Rhode Island.
Harrah's spending far outweighs the other players in the debate. Save Our State, an anti-casino group, has spent $193,000 although it has raised $1 million.
The tribe is asking voters to amend the state constitution to allow the casino. The issue is on the November ballot.
