Editorial: Lawsuit can help resolve fight over Kialegee casino

"At a minimum, a lawsuit by Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt against the Kialegee Tribal Town, over its right to build a casino near the Creek Expressway in Broken Arrow, frames the federal issues and gets them before a legal forum.

Pruitt is seeking to stop the 400-member tribe from building the new gaming facility and asks a judge to determine if a lease arrangement is legal."
