The developers of a controversial casino in Oklahoma are weighing their next move after the Muscogee Nation rejected a proposed agreement.

Developers promised 70 percent of revenue from the Red Clay Casino to the Muscogee Nation. But tribal leaders voted 7-2 against the deal, citing economic and other concerns.

The tribe operates the River Spirit Casino, less than 10 miles from the proposed Red Clay Casino. An agreement with Bank of America bars the tribe from opening another gaming facility within a 50-mile radius.
