Chickasaw Nation opens doors to gaming facility in Oklahoma

The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma opened the doors to its 18th gaming facility.

The 33,800-square-foot SaltCreek Casino features more than 550 electronic games, six table games, a restaurant, a bar and a retail store. The facility employs nearly 200 people.

"Opening of SaltCreek Casino is a significant first step in our vision for expanding tourism and economic development in Grady County," Gov. Bill Anoatubby said in a press release.

A grand opening is set for December 31.
