Shinnecock Nation's gaming authority a target of FBI search

The FBI conducted a search on the Shinnecock Nation of New York this morning and targeted the tribe's gaming authority, according to news reports.

FBI agents were seen at the trailer that houses the gaming authority. They also reportedly went to the home of one of the authority's members.

The tribe has been trying to get its gaming plans off the ground ever since gaining federal recognition in October 2010.
