Omaha Tribe to host ceremony for permanent casino in Iowa

The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska will hold a beam signing ceremony for its casino in Iowa.

The tribe is operating the Blackbird Bend Casino in a temporary structure. A permanent facility is due to open in February 2014.

The beam signing ceremony on Friday is open to the public
