Arizona sees $23.9M in contributions from tribes with casinos

Tribes with casinos contributed $23.9 million in the last quarter, the Arizona Department of Gaming reported on Wednesday.

The amount is within a few thousand dollars short of the tribal contributions from the same quarter in 2012, according to a press release. Tribes share between 1 percent and 8 percent of gross Class III revenues with the state and local communities.
