Seminole Tribe runs ad touting $3B in revenues in casino compact

YouTube: The Seminole Compact: Guaranteed

The Seminole Tribe is running another ad to support its Class II gaming compact with the state of Florida.

The Guaranteed spot touts the $3 billion in revenues that the tribe will share over seven years. It features footage from a hearing last week in which an official for Gov. Rick Scott (R) said the deal will lead to 4,800 casino jobs and 14,000 construction jobs.

"That's guaranteed," policy director Jeffrey Woodburn says in the clip. "That's coming to the state regardless."

The new agreement awaits approval in the Florida Legislature. The tribe has run three ads seeking support for the deal, Florida Politics reported.
