The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California celebrated a milestone for its $175 million casino expansion project.

The tribe held a topping-off ceremony on Tuesday for the hotel and convention space that's coming to the Graton Resort and Casino. The project is bringing 200 rooms, 20,000 square-feet of event space, a 10,000 square-foot spa and swimming area to the facility.

“We have no place for big conventions. So here it is," Chairman Greg Sarris said at the event, The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat reported.

The project will be complete in the fall.
