The Colville Tribes of Washington are moving forward with plans for a fourth gaming facility.

The Twin Lakes Casino would be located at the Rainbow Beach Resort, a tribally-owned business, The Tribal Tribune reported. It's being described as a small facility with just 50 gaming machines.

The small size means it might not count toward the limit of six casinos in the Class III gaming compact, the paper reported, citing a legal opinion written by tribal attorneys.

The tribe operates the flagship 12 Tribes Casino in Omak, the Mill Bay Casino in Manson and the Coulee Dam Casino at the Coulee Dam.
