Men want Tigua Tribe to reimburse medical bills
Friday, September 3, 2004

Two men who say they were assaulted by the Tigua Tribe's security guards want the tribe to pay for their medical treatment.

The men say they were hurt by the guards after leaving the tribe's casino. The guards mistakenly thought they were involved in a fight in the parking lot, the men say.

The men filed a police report and sought medical care for injuries they say they suffered. They are due to appear in tribal court to seek reimbursement for their hospital bills.
