Police investigate van in missing Native girl case

The search for Tamra Keepness, a five-year-old Native girl who has been missing for more than two months, continued as police renewed attention on a stolen van.

The van was seen in Tamra's neighborhood in Regina, Saskatchewan. It was stolen on July 5, the night Tamra was last seen at her family's home.

The van was later found on the Muscowpetung First Nation northwest of Regina. It had been burned out.

At the time, police couldn't tie the van to the case. But as a result of new information, they are searching the reserve again.
