California family blames tribe for losses in deadly fire

A California family is blaming the Rincon Band of Luiseo Indians and the operators of the tribe's casino for the death of their daughter in last year's Paradise Fire.

The Roaches say the tribe and Harrah's Entertainment failed to provide adequate fire protection. They say the tribe's refusal to build a fire station and take other safeguards allowed the fire to spread.

The Roaches' 16-year-old Ashleigh died in the blaze and 20-year-old Allyson was suffered severe burns on her body.
