'Super Chief Wadena' challenges election loss

A judge on the White Earth Ojibwe Reservation in Minnesota will hear a challenge to the recent election.

Darrel "Chip" Wadena lost the June 8 election to Erma Vizenor. He is claiming some form of misconduct by the tribe's election board.

Vizenor won with 59 percent of the vote. She is believed to be the first woman election chairman of the tribe.
