Family seeks answers for death of Fond du Lac woman

The family of Trina Langenbrunner will hold a vigil today on the Fond du Lac Ojibwe Reservation in Minnesota to mark the unsolved murder of the mother of three.

Langenbrunner, a tribal member, was found stabbed to death on on September 3, 2000. She had last been seen with friends on the reservation before attempting to hitchhike to see her estranged husband.

The Fond du Lac Tribe and the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are offering a $100,000 reward for information on Langenbrunner's murderer. But police have developed few new leads in the case.
