A bronze statue of a Navajo Code Talker was unveiled at the start of the 58th annual Navajo Nation Fair on Wednesday.
Navajo Code Talkers who served in World War II attended the dedication ceremony in Window Rock, Arizona, the capitol of the Navajo Nation. The statue was carved by Oreland Joe.
The fair runs from September 8-12.
