Elouise Cobell to speak at tourism conference


Elouise Cobell, the lead plaintiff in the Indian trust fund lawsuit, is speaking at the Indian Country Tourism in Denver, Colorado, on Wednesday.

Cobell, a member of the Blackfeet Nation, will present "Squandered Trust" during a noon presentation at the Red Lion Hotel. The luncheon is hosted by the Western American Indian Chamber.

The Indian Country Tourism conference [http://www.n-ta.org] takes place on Wednesday and Thursday at the hotel. It precedes the popular Denver March PowWow, March 18-20, at the Denver Coliseum.
