Head Start program on reservation reopens

The Head Start program on the Crow Creek Sioux Reservation in South Dakota has reopened with the help of a community development institute.

The tribe ran out of money for the program last month. More than 100 families were affected.

But classes are now back in session thanks to the Community Development Institute Head Start of Colorado. CDI Head Start is operating the program through a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services.
