Cheyenne River Sioux chairman to give tribal address


Harold Frazier, chairman of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, will deliver the first State of the Tribe address next Wednesday.

When he came into office in December 2002, Frazier said he wanted to improve communication with the public. He plans to use the address to give an update on the tribe's accomplishments since then.

Frazier serves as chairman of the Great Plains Tribal Chairman�s Association and is a regional vice-president of the National Congress of American Indians.
