The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force made an arrest on Thursday in one of the three arsons cases that has hit a northern California tribe.
Authorities say Ryan D. Lewis, 21, is linked to the radical Earth Liberation Front. The group is claiming responsibility for three arsons or attempted arsons, one of which burned an apartment complex owned by the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians.
The tribe is offering a $100,000 for information in the case. Lewis was arrested for attempted firebombing of a commercial building elsewhere.
