Chase results in death on Tohono O'odham Nation

A police chase on the Tohono O'odham Nation in Arizona resulted in the death of a Mexican migrant.

Tribal police tried to pull over a speeding car on the reservation late Tuesday night but the car fled, prompting the chase. At one point, the car stopped and its passengers tried to flee. That's when an officer struck and killed one of the migrants.

The reservation is frequently used as entry point for those wishing to enter the U.S., often illegally.
