A 15-year-old Montana boy was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly assaulted another 15-year-old boy with a hockey stick.
Johnny Allen Washee Jr. pleaded not guilty to the deliberate homicide of a boy identified as C.H. The boy remains in serious condition with head injuries.
The incident occurred late Sunday in Billings after a scuffle broke out in at a park involving groups of young people. The hockey stick was used during a second fight outside a residence.
Washee's 15-year-old girlfriend was arrested on a charge of felony aggravated assault.. A 19-year-old was charged with misdemeanor obstruction of justice.
