Hearing set on UND sorority's 'Indian' party

The University of North Dakota is planning an informal hearing to determine whether a sorority that hosted a party where guests dressed as Indians and cowboys violated the school's code of conduct.

Gamma Phi Beta could face some sort of disciplinary action for the November 2007 party. Indian students filed a complaint after they saw photos on the Internet.

The national Gamma Phi Beta sorority has suspended the UND chapter pending the conclusion of the investigation.
