Wyoming tribes distribute $28M in royalties
Members of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the Northern Arapaho Tribe, both of Wyoming, benefited from a $28 million windfall.

Tribal members received their share of oil and gas royalties. The Wyoming Business Report wasn't able to confirm the amounts but said each Shoshone received $3,000 while each Arapaho received $1,100.

The only bank branch on the Wind River Reservation saw long lines and long waits on Saturday as tribal members cashed and deposited their checks.
