Quileute Nation won't translate phrase in 'Twilight'
Members of the Quileute Nation of Washington won't translate a key phrase in the latest "Twilight" film.

Actor Taylor Lautner, who is not Indian, spoke in the Quileute language that some fans believe means "I love you." But the tribe and its members aren't commenting.

"Please know we would love to translate the phrase for you, but out of respect for Jacob and his feelings for Bella, we are going to keep that private for now," the tribe's publicist said in a statement, The Peninsula Daily News reported.

A group of young tribal members attended the Hollywood premier of the movie. "They all just kept saying how honored they were to meet us, and that was pretty awesome," Chelsea Jackson, 17, told the paper.
