Robinson Rancheria needs highway permit for gas station

The Robinson Rancheria is waiting on a permit from Caltrans before opening its new gas station and convenience store.

The tribe needs approval for a turn lane into the new station. “We're just waiting on our permit,” Earlene Drapeau, a tribal representative, told The Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

The tribe is also waiting on a retroactive permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers but the agency spokesperson said its decision won't affect the opening of the gas station.
