Saginaw Chippewa Tribe to complete water park next year

The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan expects to complete work on the Soaring Eagle Water Park and Hotel by summer 2012.

The tribe broke ground on the facility in April. The 45,000-square-foot water park will be the largest in the state.

The tribe is also building a 243-room hotel, a restaurant and meeting space at the site.
