Gila River Indian Community donates $225K to city program





The Gila River Indian Community donated $225,000 to the city of Glendale, Arizona, for the From The Heart program.

The program helps poor children, families and senior citizens. The tribe's money will be distributed over three years.

The tribe and the city are fighting the Tohono O'odham Nation off-reservation casino.
