South Dakota redistricting committee visiting two reservations





Members of the South Dakota Legislative Redistricting Committee are visiting the Rosebud Sioux Reservation and the Pine Ridge Reservation on Friday.

The committee will take input on new maps for the state's voting districts. Rosebud falls in Todd, Mellette, Jones, Tripp and Gregory counties and Pine Ridge falls in Shannon, Jackson, Bennett, Haakon and Fall River counties.

The committee is traveling to all seven reservations as part of its duties.
