Canada's governor general tries out a 'head pull' on Nunavut trip

Canada's Gov. Gen. David Johnston took part in an Inuit "head pull" as part of his tour through Nunavut.

Johnston and athlete Johnny Issaluk strapped a large elastic band around their heads and got on the floor. The first to pull the band off the other person's head wins.

In this case, Issaluk won. "I was kind of scared but it was a lot of fun,' he told CBC News.

Johnson and his wife also sampled traditional Inuit foods, like rctic char, caribou meat and muktaaq.
