"An employee of Alaska Native Corporation Eyak Tek was arrested today (Tuesday) for his alleged role in a major 20 million dollar bribery and kickback scheme. Harold Babb is director of contracts for Eyak Tek or Eyak Technology LLC which operates under the Alaska Native Corporation umbrella of the Eyak Tribe of Cordova.

The U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C. Ronald Machen called it “one of the most brazen federal procurement scandals in our nation’s history.” Babb is accused of conspiring with three other men, two of whom worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers."
