Chickasaw Nation aims to bring more tourists to territory

The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma is breaking ground on two new projects.

The tribe is building a bigger factory for Bedre' Fine Chocolate. The 34,600-square-foot facility, expected to open in late 2012, will offer tours to visitors and feature a hands-on area for children.

The tribe is also building a new Chickasaw Nation Welcome Center. The 5,500-square-foot facility will feature a gift shop, a dog park and a playground.
