Ho-Chunk Nation's chief of police resigns after being arrested





The chief of police for the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin resigned on Tuesday, WKBT-TV reported.

Dan Libke was arrested on February 24 for obstructing an officer. However, no charges have been filed so far in Jackson County.

Libke was the first police chief for the tribe.
