Ho-Chunk CEO to speak at Federal Reserve Board summit





Lance Morgan, a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, will be a featured speaker at a Federal Reserve Board summit on May 1.

Morgan serves as chief executive officer of Ho-Chunk Inc., his tribe's economic development corporation. He will share his experiences at the "Growing Economics in Indian Country summit in Washington, D.C.

"Distinguishing the challenges and opportunities for tribes and Native businesses are the first steps to establish economic development," Morgan said. "The summit will present new ideas and solutions from voices in Indian Country on how to initiate and boost economic growth.”

Morgan previously served a three-year term on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board.
