Turtle Talk: Down to final two for greatest Indian law decisions

"Here are the results, so we now know the top two cases.

(1) Worcester v. Georgia defeats (20) Merrion v. Jicarilla Apache Tribe: 63 percent to 36 percent

The last practical sovereignty case bites the dust in favor the case that started it all. I guess that’s why it is a greatest cases game.

(7) Williams v. Lee defeats (6) Winters v. United States: 56 percent to 44 percent

Maybe Williams is the last practical sovereignty case…."
