Eastern Shoshone Tribe picks Sara Robinson as state liaison

The Eastern Shoshone Tribe has named Sara Robinson as its liaison to the state of Wyoming.

Robinson will represent the tribe at the state level. She was one of several tribal members who applied for the job.

"My focus will be on representing my people, the Eastern Shoshone, and through this service I believe we can move several issues forward to benefit the Wind River Reservation, Fremont County and the State of Wyoming,” Robinson said in a press release.

Robinson replaces Edward Wadda, who died in a vehicle accident last May.
