Washington Post: Mitsitam Cafe at NMAI is a 'dining oasis'






The Mitsitam Cafe at the National Museum of the American Indian is one of the picks for The Washington Post's Spring Dining Guide.

The cafe offers Native foods from across the Americas. For example, the salmon is supplied by the Quinault Nation and is cooked using traditional methods.

"It's only gotten better through the years," Washington Post food critic Tom Sietsema says of the food at the eatery.
