Turtle Mountain Band files indictment for death on reservation

The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa
Indians of North Dakota filed charges over a death on the reservation last month.
Justin Keplin, 31, was indicted in tribal court on a count of reckless endangerment and a count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury or death. He is accused of killing Joel Sherman, 29, on November 27.
Federal authorities continue to investigate the incident.
