Letter: Go after broadcasters for using Redskins name on the air

A letter writer suggests another way to go after the Washington Redskins professional football team:
A parallel legal action, opposing the renewal of licenses of broadcasters that unnecessarily use the word Redskins, would avoid these problems because it would be based upon contemporary attitudes among the general public. Such attitudes, for example, prohibit the on-air use of the names of any music groups that include the N-word.
