The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska welcomed a new business to its office building in Sioux City, Iowa.

Blue Earth Marketing, a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc., the tribe's economic development corporation, moved into the 10-story Ho-Chunk Centre. The firm provides marketing services to clients in seven states and several countries.

But that's not the only addition to the Ho-Chunk Centre, at 600 Fourth St. The Blue Earth Gallery, which will sell Winnebago artwork, is due to open next month, and Sweet Water Cafe, a new eatery, will open next week.

The tribe is also renovating the atrium and first flood of the building.
