The Squaxin Island Tribe of Washington will broadcast funeral services for the late treaty rights advocate Billy Frank Jr. this Sunday.

Services start at 10am Pacific time. The webcast will be available at new.livestream.com/accounts/889018/events/2980650.

Frank was a member of the Nisqually Tribe. He died on Monday at the age of 83.
