Members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians believe the same person is behind a fatal stabbing a shooting on the reservation.

Jonis Keith Joe, 37, was stabbed to death sometime on August 15. His cousin was shot earlier this summer and family members believe the crimes are related.

"I don't want him back on the streets," Joe's older brother Ryan Willis told WTOK, referring to a purported suspect. "I want justice really!'

Joe was laid to rest last week.
