The Yerington Paiute Tribe of Nevada called in law enforcement agencies on Sunday to investigate a disturbance at a youth facility on the reservation.

Several youth were arrested after a fight of some sort broke out at the Silver State Academy, The Reno Gazette-Journal reported. The tribal police department, the sheriff's department, the local police department, the state patrol and even firefighters responded to the scene.

Despite the large law enforcement presence, there were no major injuries reported. A few youth were treated for minor sprains and bruises on the scene, the Gazette-Journal said.

The Silver State Academy is operated by Rite of Passage for at-risk youth.

"The Silver State Academy campus is safe, licensed and meets the highest standards of our industry," the facility's website reads.
