Navajo Nation business opens tech data center in New Mexico

NOVA Corporation, a business owned by the Navajo Nation, has opened the first phase of a technology data center, Indian Country Today reports.

The Innava Data Center is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It will help NOVA meet the information technology needs of government and commercial clients.

NOVA completed the first 6,000 square-feet of the facility, ICT reported. Eventually, it will grow to 130,000 square-feet.

“The Data Center will help NOVA create new lines of business,” NOVA President and CEO John Snide told ICT. “It will be a state-of-the-art… facility focused on companies that need their data secured in a high-quality location.
