Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe purchases wireless technology firm

The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe of Washington has acquired a wireless technology company.

The tribe closed on the purchase of Mobilisa Enterprise Wireless on August 31. The company offers wireless telecommunications design, installation and monitoring solutions.

The four employees of Mobilisa will remain on board. The company is being managed by the tribe's Economic Development Authority as an affiliate of Jamestown Networks.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
