Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas has a new men's basketball coach. Matthew "Cougar" Downing, Jr., has enjoyed a long career in basketball, both as a player and as a coach. He played in high school and college and has coached teams from elementary to the collegiate level. Haskell finished the 2014-2015 season with 8 wins and 23 losses.
