MONDAY, JULY 23, 2001 The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is completing work on a new bingo hall and community center to be located in Crofton. The tribe, who does not have an established reservation, will ask the federal government to take the land into trust. The tribe plans on reimbursing taxes on the land to city of Crofton.
